How to E-Submit Salary Bills to Treasury

What is new

1.Government have introduced new TR 46 Bill form for drawing the salary claims of Self Drawing Officers under State Service.For details view GO(P) No.76/2014/Fin Dated 21/02 /2014

2.Government have made GPF Rules applicable to those employees who have joined the service  on or after 01.04.2013 and coming under NPS.Guidelines for NPS Deduction in SPARK.

3.Early Disbursement of 25% of Pay & Allowances.Government have ordered early release of 25% of Pay and Allowances for December 2013 and Pension /Family Pension/KFFP for January 2014 in connection with Christmas.For details view GO(P) No.602/2013/Fin Dated 11/12 /13.

4.ATTENTION!!! Please ensure your h/a from Treasury and the h/a mentioned under the menu  accounts->initialisation->head code and the h/a mentioned   under the menu present salary details (in the case of SDO) and under the menu salary matters->establishment bill types (in the case of DDO) must exactly be the same.
5 .Online submission of Salary Bills - Instructions Issued:Government have instructed the Director of Treasuries to ensure that  e-submitted salary bills alone shall be encashed in all District Treasuries from the salary bill for 10/2013 and Sub-Treasuries from 11/2013 onwards.For details view   Circular No.78/2013/Fin Dated 17/10/2013.
